“The Bay Makes, The World Takes” is an ongoing  art series that pays  tribute to the Bay Area’s profound influence on culture.

From art and design to music and entertainment, the Bay Area’s contributions are woven into the fabric of contemporary culture. This project is a tribute to those who continue to represent the Bay, while simultaneously inspiring the world with their vision and spirit.

I’ve learned so much from where I grew up. The Bay has taught me how creativity is a form of competition, how to hustle to be your own boss, and how to be unapologetically yourself.
